Ceremony

Ceremonies celebrate a transition period in one's life.
A milestone, designating a moment of transformation into a new Self.
By way of grounding and sitting in a traditional Temazcal ceremony, we invoke the four elements.

Connection

Your relationship with Self is the foundation upon which you live and express your life. Yoga, meditation and breathwork, instigates radical self awareness.
Once connection with Self has been established, we connect with like-minded men who are on the journey of brotherhood.

Transformation

In alchemy, the matter to be turned into gold must pass through a state called NIGREDO, or blackness. Stripped of all its qualities, the matter must lie putrefying in silence. Only passing through this state will it eventually be perfected and glorified.

Integration

By creating a community of brothers from all around the world, we enhance our integrity and hold each other accountable to our goals and mission.

Instead of being encouraged to express ourselves through vulnerability, movement or with our words,  men are told to “man up,”
essentially suppressing those emotions and feelings creating dissonance and chaos.
Men are encouraged to be strong and to handle emotional, physical and spiritual challenges in isolation and in silence.

LOCATION

XINALANI

Xinalani means "SEEDS" in Nahuatl, in the native pre-hispanic language of Mexico.
The eco-resort is situated on 10 acres of ocean side jungle on the south end of Bahia de Banderas, south of Puerto Vallarta.

This state of the art resort offers private beaches and easily accessible trails into the jungle. And depending on your choice of room, you can be waking up in breathtaking ocean front rooms.

There are four Yoga & movement rooms and a meditation room, an on-site spa, and local Mexican cuisine will be provided throughout the week.
