ON THE ITINERARY

Day One: Arrival

There's no road access to the location.The only way there is by boat. Upon arrival, gather for a welcoming ceremony to set intentions for the journey ahead and honor the beginning of your transformational experience.

Day Two: Nature

Morning movement and connection. Late morning depart for guided hike to a nearby waterfall and return by mid afternoon. Bonfire to end the night.

Day Three: Self

Embodiment practices to connect with self - meditation, breathwork, and journaling. Stand up paddle or snorkeling in the afternoon.

Day Four: Connection

Mens circle to foster deeper connection with the men on the Immersion. Celebrate the power of vulnerability and authentic expression.

Day Five: Transformation

Breathwork, movement and ice bath. Embrace challenges and step outside your comfort zone for deeper self-discovery.

Day Six: Transformation

Morning movement and intention setting to prepare for the Temazcal ceremony.

From a small-town upbringing to a transformative near-death experience, my life journey ignited a deep passion for self-discovery and helping men navigate theirs.

In 2014, a near-death experience altered the course of my life indefinitely. Since then, I've embarked on a profound journey of self-awareness. I pursued Yoga studies in Vietnam, traversed Asia, and returned home with an unyielding desire to live life on my own terms.

Amidst the pandemic, I was called upon to lead Yoga for Men classes, where I swiftly recognized the limitations of a mere one-hour session in addressing the complex challenges confronting men today.

Thus, Masculine Alchemy came into being. Driven by a profound calling, I answered the need to guide men through the multifaceted challenges of today's world.In addition to this, I lead bi-weekly Men's Gatherings for the men in our community.

Today, I reside in the vibrant town of Sayulita, Mexico, alongside my fiancé, Drew, and our son, Bodhi.

Q: I'm not into spiritual stuff. Is this going to be weird for me?
A: We are here to share perspectives, explore mythology and of course our reality as we know it. This is reality. Reality is already weird as it is.

Q: I'm not in shape. Will I be able to keep up?
A: We tailor the workouts, Yoga, movements all to your personal needs and fitness goals.

Q: How do I get there?
‍A: All you need to do is fly into Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). We've got you from there.

Q: I'm not very comfortable sharing my emotions in public. Do I have to?
A: No, you don't. But someone will and our intention is to create a safe space to express whatever we are going through, without judgement, ridicule or fixing someone.

Q: What is a Temazcal ceremony?
A: Temazcal means “house of heat” in the Aztec language Nahuatl. With indigenous origins in ancient Mexico, a Temazcal is a sweat lodge that was once used by healers to cure the sick and to prepare warriors for battle. Experience this prehistoric tradition with our Shaman. He’ll guide you through an ancient ceremony to invoke the four elements, purifying your being at all levels.

Q: Are there payment plans?
A: Yes. Please inquire and we will discuss payment plans.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Deposits to reserve your spot are non-refundable. However, they can go towards the next Immersion.

Q: Tell me more about the post-retreat experience.
A: There will be monthly calls for 3 months after the retreat. There are also Facebook or WhatsApp groups to stay connected to the men who join the Immersion.

Xinalani means "SEEDS" in Nahuatl, in the native pre-hispanic language of Mexico.
The eco-resort is situated on 10 acres of ocean side jungle on the south end of Bahia de Banderas, south of Puerto Vallarta.

This state of the art resort offers private beaches and easily accessible trails into the jungle. And depending on your choice of room, you can be waking up in breathtaking ocean front rooms.

There are four Yoga & movement rooms and a meditation room, an on-site spa.
